Online consultation. Diagnostics and beginning of the treatment

• Preliminary consultation by Skype, e-mail or phone with our medical coordinator for choosing a method of treatment the most suitable for you;
• selection of an egg donor (according your request).

The first visit – 1-2 days. Diagnostics and starting of treatment

• meeting at the airport and allocation in private apartments;
• appointment with a doctor – preliminary medical examinations (analyses, US);
• cryopreservation of partner’s sperm;
• preparation of the protocol of synchronization of a menstrual cycle of the patient and the donor.

Treatment according the protocol at home – duration 14 days. Thanks to the introduced protocol of remote coordination of procedures of assisted reproductive technologies during the treatment you can be at home.

• For improvement of implantation of an embryon the patient receives the treatment from the 1st day of periods during 14 days in order that uterine mucosa grew to a certain size;
• at 12-14 days of a menstrual cycle you need to pass ultrasonografy at the local gynecologist to estimate the thickness of endometrium. The results of ultrasonography can be sent by e-mail.

Puncture of ovaries and receiving the eggs. Fertilization

• Donor’s cells are recieved from puncture of ovaries of the donor under anesthesia. Fertilization by donor’s eggs with sperm of your partner / spouse is carried out in day of procedure through Intra Cytoplasmatic sperm Injection  (ICSI) of donor’s eggs. Embryos can be developed in laboratory till 120 hours (5 days). Depending on quantity, quality and development of embryos, the embryologist defines the optimum time to transfere embryos, and we can report you about the second visit to clinic. As a rule, it occurs in 5 days after a puncture of the donor, but it can take also a place in 2 – 4 days.

The second visit to the medical center – 2-3 days. Transfer of embryos

3 days before the doctor will define precisely the day of the second visit and will tell you in order to plan the visit.
